You certainly can. You are provided with a digital Installation manual along with your device. It explains the complete installation process step by step. If you are still having trouble installing, please contact our Technical Support Team and we will help you install it right away. You can contact them at : tsupport@itech.pk or for a nominal fee we will install it for you.
Our devices support IP and SIM based service. You do not have to insert a SIM card to make it function. Just plug an Ethernet cable from your internet Wifi router and you are done.
You have to be 18 and above with a valid Pakistani National ID card and have to provide the address where the device will be installed. These are requirements from Pakistan Telecommunications Authority that we have to fulfill. For any information about requirements please contact our Customer Support Team at : csupport@itech.pk

We recommend to most clients to start off with limited sensors because you will need time to use VESTA according to your lifestyle. As your start automating VESTA, we hope you will want to automate more of your daily workloads to save you money , energy and precious time.
VESTA communicates with you over email, MMS and SMS. If you have a SIM card inserted, you should be able to get alerts through SMS. If you do not have a SIM card inserted then the Email notification will be sent to the ID you have mentioned in your configuration settings via DSL connection.

The multiple apps being used globally for VESTA shows its presence around the world. You can download the VESTA Home 2 EU App for Android and IOS. The other Apps will not register you because they are designated for other countries. The Control Panel immediately sends out an alert informing you of a possible jamming of the device.

We are very happy to announce that the ML Series Control Panels support Amazon Echo. Most models are supported but you can check with us to confirm which one is not working with ML Series. We plan to provide support for other Control Panel models in the future.
